Terms of Use

License

When you purchase a clip or the full vault, you receive a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use the clips in your own content, including paid advertisements, social media, websites, courses, and client materials. You may modify, edit, and combine the clips with your other content.

What you cannot do

You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw clip files with anyone else. You cannot post the unedited clip files to stock libraries, file sharing services, or asset marketplaces. You cannot use the clips in content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity. You cannot use the clips to train AI models or in datasets for machine learning.

Ownership

All clips remain the intellectual property of BizBuild Anatomy. Your license does not transfer ownership. You may not claim authorship of the clips themselves.

Medical disclaimer

These clips are stylized visualizations created for marketing and educational content. They are not medical illustrations and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or make medical claims about any condition. BizBuild Anatomy is not responsible for how you contextualize the clips in your own content.

Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, request a chargeback, or attempt to redistribute the files. Termination removes your future access but does not require you to delete content you have already published using the clips.
