Refund Policy

Digital products are final sale
All clip purchases, whether single clips or the full vault, are digital downloads delivered immediately. Because of this, all sales are final and non refundable.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days at support@bizbuild.tech and we will resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us first if you have an issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us results in immediate revocation of your vault access and may prevent future purchases.
